Welcome to Optyverse Social (“Platform”), owned and operated by Optywise Business Solutions LLP, a company registered in Pune, Maharashtra, India (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing or using Optyverse Social, you (“User”, “you”, “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

1. Description of Services

Optyverse Social provides a cloud-based social media management and automation suite, including but not limited to:

• Social media scheduling & publishing

• AI-powered content generation

• Analytics & reporting

• Team collaboration

• Integration with supported networks (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, etc.)

• Third-party API-based automation (via Stackposts and connected modules)

Services are provided on a subscription basis.

2. Eligibility

You must be:

• At least 18 years old, and

• Competent to enter into a legally binding agreement.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with local laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use Optyverse Social. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

• Be responsible for all activities occurring under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of misuse or fraudulent activity.

4. Subscription, Payments & Renewals

• Optyverse Social is offered on a subscription basis.

• All payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

• Prices may be updated with prior notice.

Failure to pay subscription fees may result in account suspension.

5. Use of AI Features

The Platform offers AI-powered content generation using third-party AI providers (including but not limited to OpenAI, Google, Meta, and others).
By using these features, you agree:

• AI output may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate.

• You are solely responsible for verifying and approving generated content.

• You must not use AI output for unlawful, harmful, or misleading purposes.

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Platform relies on APIs of third-party social networks.
You acknowledge that:

• Your use must comply with each network’s terms (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, X, etc.).

• We are not responsible for downtime, API changes, or limitations imposed by third-party networks.

• Connection to any third-party account is at your own risk.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use Optyverse Social to:

• Post or share illegal, harmful, or abusive content

• Violate intellectual property rights

• Spam or engage in unauthorized advertising

• Automate prohibited actions on social platforms

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell our system without written consent

• Upload malware or attempt to compromise system security

Violation may result in immediate termination.

8. Data & Content Ownership

Your Data

You retain ownership of all content you upload or generate on the Platform.

You grant Optyverse Social a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely for providing the service.

Our Platform

All copyrights, code, trademarks, UI, workflows, templates, and materials available on the Platform belong to Optywise Business Solutions LLP or our licensors.

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide 24/7 availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Platform may be affected by:

• Scheduled maintenance

• Server issues beyond our control

• API restrictions by social networks

• Force majeure events

We are not liable for any data loss or downtime.

10. Termination of Services

We may suspend or terminate your account:

• For violation of these Terms

• For non-payment

• For fraudulent behavior

• If required by law or platform policy

You may terminate your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Optyverse Social is provided “as is” and “as available.”

• We are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

• We do not guarantee results from social media platforms or AI-generated content.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue using the Platform.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Optyverse Social harmless against any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from:

• Your use of the Platform

• Your content

• Violation of these Terms

• Breach of third-party network terms

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.

14. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Platform, and continued use after updates indicates acceptance.
